Frequently Asked Questions
Overview of the Chair Acceleration Program
-
Who is the Chair Acceleration Program designed for?Chairs that want to focus on running their groups and not designing and executing outreach campaigns while staying abreast of evolving cold outreach technology and best practices. Chairs that recognize creating a Business Development Flywheel for their practice is an investment from which they expect a measurable Return on Investment (ROI) and realize this is not a quick fix, magic email, or only a list of prospects. Chairs that want a total ‘end-to-end’ solution that goes beyond the utilization of simple outreach tactics which are deployed episodically. Chairs that value the targeted support that comes with a partnership. Chairs not looking for a quick fix – it can take up to six months to nurture prospects and present well-qualified prospects for selection.
-
What services do you provide? We commit to offering the following: Tracking & sharing of our outreach activity statistics on your behalf. Provide seasoned sales development professionals with success in interacting with and qualifying CEOs/business owners for peer organizations. Conduct information exchange sessions with prospects to qualify them and prepare them for a selection interview. Detailed interview notes will be provided on the prospect to the Chair before the Selection Interview. Utilize leading-edge business development technology & tools fueled by AI combined with personalization. Conduct multiple prospect nurturing campaigns to include all messaging and content. Leverage buying intent data to rapidly identify and connect with prospects actively seeking Vistage services while they are in a ‘sales-ready’ state. Generate prospect lists based on the Chair’s target criteria.
-
What are my commitments as a participant?Execute the Chair Acceleration Program contract. Commit to the initial six (6) month building period followed by a rolling ninety (90) day cancellation notice period. Assess the availability of prospects we provide utilizing the Vistage Salesforce system to ensure they are available (not in another Chair’s funnel or already a member). Respond to the request to schedule a Selection Interview (SI) within 24 hours to secure a day and time to meet with the CEO member prospect. Review the IE notes provided and be prepared.
